A BIT ABOUT ME
I'm John, a designer based in Orlando, FL. With experience in conceptual design, graphics, UX, interior design and more, I'm always looking for the next project to dive in to. Currently I am creating magic with Disney Consumer Products as a Product Designer since 2022.

Since relocating to Orlando in 2022, I've designed hundreds of products in the Home Decor and Tabletop segment of Disney Consumer Products. From creating a brand new kitchen line of magical "Mousewares" to art directing and designing the new modern look of the Disney Home decor collection, it has been a pleasure to create for such an iconic brand that is so deeply nostalgic and meaningful to me.

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, I grew up immersed in the prairie-style architecture of the Midwest and became interested in design. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), I received a BFA in Production Design with a concentration in Themed Entertainment.
During my final year, I also participated in the 2020 Disney Imaginations Student Design Competition and the 6th Annual Cornell Themed Entertainment Design Competition, placing 3rd and 4th respectively. ​

When I'm not designing, I'm still always busy. I love cooking & baking, running, hiking, and traveling in addition to my artistic hobbies.
